Jun 12, 2015 路 Fitting took all about 20-30 minutes, hardest part was ensuring there were no air bubbles under the sensor. Mirror changed over and plugged in and plastic cowling refitted. Headlight switch was removed by going from the coin tray/diagnostic port compartment, and easily unclipped and pushed out and replaced.

Mar 16, 2019 路 IIRC uk Mondeo started in late 2014 and the prob was fixed by approx March/April 2015 - so from a production/registration point of view that will have not been a large amount of vehs, especially from a normal manufacturers view, lets face it Mondeo sales figures are rubbish (although I loved my fully kitted Mk5 Ecoboost)
Nov 9, 2016 路 Good morning, I have just got my mondeo 2015.5 mk5 and it has not got reversing sensors or a reversing camera fitted. It comes as standard with the SYNC 2 system. Does anyone know of a way to retrofit a reversing camera input to the sync2 unit like it can come from factory?

You won't need a 12v socket and connector, the kit replaces the complete power lead. Choose a switched live fuse that does not serve any of the main safety features of the car, for example air bags or abs etc. Jan 20, 2013 路 No need to wire aux plugs all cd600 with the aux button on the front get a simple lead from eBay or ford it plugs into the aux socket on the rear and has a 3.5mm jack to connect youre ipod the above does exactly the same as long as you have the aux button and using the box full of wizardry allows usb connection .
